Incident Response

In any critical incident, speed, clarity and coordination matter.

Marshal Eye allows organisations to configure different incident types for their buildings, including first aid emergencies, lockdowns, security threats and other critical events.

When an incident starts, trained staff can see what is happening, claim the appropriate roles and tasks, communicate in real time and coordinate the response from one place.

Examples of critical incident types

• First aid required
• Intruder alert
• Missing child
• Assistance required
• Staff member threatened
• Flooding alert
• Gas leak

How to start a Critical Incident

If a first aider is needed, or another situation requires an immediate response, simply tap Start Incident.

1. Choose the type of incident
2. Select the location
3. Tap Submit

Your team is then notified immediately and can respond using the live incident information and communication tools in Marshal Eye.

Speed counts

Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest is time-critical. Survival rates remain low, and every minute can matter.

Marshal Eye can alert trained first aiders immediately, identify where help is needed and help responders coordinate access to equipment such as an AED.

Getting the right people to the right place quickly can make a critical difference.

AED Speed counts
Under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, employers must provide adequate and appropriate first-aid equipment, facilities and personnel so employees can receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. The level of provision should reflect the size, nature and risks of the workplace.
