Marshal Eye: Innovation at the Heart of Emergency Response

Over the past year, Marshal Eye has continued to evolve, with major feature updates designed to support modern workplaces and educational settings in managing fire alarms, evacuations, and lockdowns more effectively.

A key part of our innovation is the digital task claiming system, which allows users on-site to instantly take responsibility for specific roles using their own devices. This real-time, flexible approach ensures that response teams are assembled dynamically removing the limitations of fixed fire marshal assignments, especially in environments where hybrid working or staff movement is common.

We’re proud to share that this method is now patent pending.

The pending patent covers our unique approach to coordinating incident response using connected devices — including how tasks are distributed, claimed, confirmed, and monitored in real time. It also includes elements such as device notifications and live status updates to ensure that only those present on-site are asked to respond.

This innovation is already supporting schools, offices, and large organisations in meeting new compliance standards, including those outlined in Martyn’s Law.

Marshal Eye is more than just an app — it’s a smarter, more resilient way to manage critical incidents.
