1. Check Your Email

You’ll shortly receive a welcome email with a link to set up your password and access your account.
(Please check your junk or spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.)

2. IMPORTANT: You’re on the Demo Mode

Before using the app on your phone or tablet, please log in via a Desktop or Laptop browser using the link in your welcome email or
click here.

When logged in, you’ll see:
• A default building
• Pre-configured sweep areas and actions
• Two example PDF documents

These demo items are read-only. You cannot make changes to them while on the demo mode but you can finish the onboarding process.

Want to Use Marshal Eye Fully?

To unlock full functionality [such as creating your own buildings, areas, tasks, and assigning users], please contact our support team to upgrade your account.

What Happens if You Skip This?

If you try logging into the app without completing the above step or upgrading, it will remain in demo mode with limited functionality.
