Over the past several days, we’ve been busy editing and producing a brand-new updated set of tutorial videos for Marshal Eye. After a series of major software updates over the past 12 months, it became clear that our support materials needed a proper refresh, not only to reflect all the new features we’ve introduced, but to make sure users can get up and running as smoothly as possible.
The goal was simple: make it easier than ever for new users to understand how to set up and use Marshal Eye effectively, without needing to trawl through documents or rely on lengthy training calls.
So far, we’ve completed four core tutorial videos:
-
Getting to Know the Dashboard – A quick overview of how the system works and how to navigate it with confidence.
-
Setting Up Your Building – How to define sweep zones, roles, and site-specific configurations.
-
Setting Up Your Users – Adding new users, assigning roles and tasks, and managing who receives incident reports.
-
Incident Types & Critical Alerts – How to create custom incident types and activate critical alerts that bypass device settings to ensure they’re always heard.
These videos are now live on our Help page, with more on the way as we continue developing the platform.
Marshal Eye has evolved massively over the last year from flexible site management to real-time critical alerts and I’m proud to say our updated tutorials now reflect just how powerful and user-friendly the platform has become.
If you haven’t checked them out yet, head over to our Help section and as always, we are happy to undertake a familiaristion Zoom call of the App.
