At Marshal Eye, we’re always listening to feedback, especially from those experiencing the app for the first time. Following feedback from new users, we found that some had immediately tried to jump straight into the application using their new password without setting up the building, sweep areas, or tasks in the Dashboard in the web-based portal first.
Naturally, new users were eager to see it in action without first completing the setup in the web based portal. To make the first experience smoother, we’ve now introduced a Demo Mode, allowing users to log in straight away and interact with a fully functional version of the app.
All new accounts are preloaded with two example sweep areas so users can test the claiming process immediately after they have set up their password.
We also preloaded some incident types, including fire alarm activated, fire drill, and first aider required.
The new account holder will receive the email PDF performance report after each practise. This will give insight into how effective the App is as an audit tool showing how you performed.
