We’re excited to announce the latest Marshal Eye upgrade is now livecand it’s designed to give your incident response teams faster access, clearer insight, and greater control than ever before.
Here’s what’s new in the Marshal Eye May 2025 release:
🔍 1. See Who’s Really On Site
Previously you could only see numbers of people onsite and the number of people available for each task, now, you can view the actual names of team members assigned to each task. Simply tap ‘Team Onsite’ from the home screen or select ‘View’ in the task menu for real-time visibility.
👀 2. Total Team Awareness with the New Toggle View
Stay in the loop, even while tackling your own tasks. A new slide-right toggle gives you a live overview of what everyone on your team is doing—helping you stay informed, coordinate better, and avoid working in silos.
📂 3. Access Completed Task Info Anytime
Need to double-check a contact list or show someone how to shut off machinery? Completed tasks can now be reopened with a single tap, thanks to a new dropdown (Constantina icon). Incident Managers also gain full visibility—perfect for team briefings or sharing key info with first responders.
