Key Updates
Desktop Live View Now Available
Users can now access Live View directly from their desktop via browser notifications. With a single click, staff can enter a live incident, monitor roles and tasks, and communicate in real time—without needing to use a mobile device. This is particularly useful in environments where mobile phone use is restricted.
Enhanced Admin Dashboard
The Admin experience has been significantly improved with a redesigned dashboard and the introduction of freeze panes. This allows administrators to quickly assign roles and tasks while keeping key headings and user information visible at all times.
Training Records Management
Training records can now be stored directly within the platform, including expiry dates. A simple colour-coded system highlights whether training is in date, due, or overdue, helping organisations maintain compliance at a glance.
Improved Compliance Testing
The compliance section has been refreshed, with clear indicators showing when action is required. Administrators can quickly identify outstanding issues and track compliance across their site.
Updated Incident History
A new incident history screen provides greater control and visibility, including access to:

Key staff can now receive alerts when they are off-site. With one tap, they can access the live incident and support the on-site team through real-time communication.

With hybrid working now common across many organisations, traditional methods of pre-nominating roles can be unreliable. Marshal Eye addresses this by allowing staff to opt into roles in real time, ensuring that critical tasks are always covered.
